Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate HR related activities and associate events with external and internal parties, including but not limited to poster making and video editing
  • Assist in employee record management and data entry
  • Assist in other Human Resources and ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or other related discipline
  • Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
  • Detail-minded, proactive and willing to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
