We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who is passionate about Fashion and Branding to join the regional marketing team of the French Fashion-Sports brand, Lacoste, in our Hong Kong office. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover our unique brand universe and support the overall marketing operation across the APAC region.


As the Assistant Marketing Manager for APAC Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion.


This role will allow you to step up your marketing skillset and develop into a regional specialist within the Fashion-Sports segment.


Main activities


Job Function

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for APAC partners across major platforms and channels, including retail, e-commerce, and marketplace, as well as PR and event management, KOLs engagement, CRM planning, media placement, and social media campaigns
  • Support the regional marketing team in all day-to-day responsibilities
  • Manage the regional influencer database on Traackr
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities and actively keep a pulse on emerging trends through various social media channels and elaborate competitive analysis using data software
  • Assist in planning key CRM activations across APAC markets and follow up on the implementation as well as monitor the results
  • Lead monthly CRM reporting and analysis, and take ownership of producing the CRM monthly dashboard
  • Lead post-activation analysis and report consolidation for the region
  • Support the team with ad hoc presentations, analysis requests, and clerical work such as invoicing etc.


Main skills, competencies and knowledge required:


Professional Background:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
  • Prior experience in Southeast Asia will be a plus


Skills:

  • Passion for fashion, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude
  • High proficiency in verbal and written English is a must. French/Asian Language is a plus.
  • Proficient use of MS suite, most specifically Excel and PowerPoint, photo/video editing tools, influencer marketing tool, Traackr, and social media management tools
