Our client is a reputable quasi-government corporation with huge potential growth in the future. To cope with their expansion, they are looking for an Associate IT Director to work closely with the CEO to set up and manage the company’s in-house IT environment.

The Job
  • Reporting directly to the Company’s CEO;
  • Set up, lead and manage a new and expanding team covering both Infrastructure and Application functions, including but not limited to the following:
    • Internal ERP System setup
    • IT network & infra set up (SoC & Help Desk)
    • Long-term and large-scale digital transformation
  • Define, develop and execute the overall IT policies, roadmap and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives
  • Oversee all the IT projects planning and implementations to ensure smooth project delivery in a timely and efficient manner
  • Review and report the project status on a regular basis to senior management team
  • Develop and manage the upcoming IT budget and manpower resources
The Person
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related discipline; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 15 years of professional working experience in IT industry with 8 years as managerial role
  • Hands on experience in managing complex and large-scale IT projects
  • Experience in setting up new team and offices
  • Good understanding in quasi-governmental sector is desired
  • Strong social, interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skill
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
