Job Description
To manage and execute the A&F product audits and QA standards implementation throughout the factory base in Asia Pacific.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Vendor training for A&F QA requirement (i.e. visual inspect and garment measurements, etc)
- Conduct new factory on-boarding and production capability assessment
- Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions in assigned area of responsibility
- Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems in assigned area of responsibility
- Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP)
- Maintain and monitor quality procedural implementation in factory
- Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/certification of certified Vendor auditors
- Conducting in-line/end-line inspections for critical programs
- Up to 50% travel within APAC
- 6+ years of experience in apparel industry
- Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections
- Experience in factory set-up/systems with an understanding of apparel machinery
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English & Mandarin
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Diploma required ; Degree preferred
