We are seeking a Brand Manager, Hong Kong, Macau + Travel Retail. Our regional office for APAC is based in Hong-Kong Central, where we also have our flagship Boutique in IFC Hong-Kong, host an e-commerce platform and are present with high-end retail partners, lifestyle venues and amenities. Across the region, we are also present in China, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Australia/New Zealand. We plan to significantly expand our presence across the region over the next 12 months.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive (MALIN+GOETZ) awareness, acquisition, sales growth/productivity and image in Hong Kong, Macao and Travel Retail (HK) through strong strategies and programs, in partnership with the International Team in London and Global Services/HQ in New York.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies, supported by the Business Development Director
  • Work closely with amenity partners to create additional brand awareness.
  • Head up product strategy for the region - architecture, pricing, mix, size, new development requests.
  • Responsible for the forecasts of catalogue and POSM products.
  • Develop marketing collateral, promotional materials, POSM, POPs etc.
  • Work with Visual Merchandiser to update and maintain store visual merchandizing to enhance customer retail experience.
  • Responsible for providing training to consultants (own and partners) online and face-to-face supported by Retail Supervisor.
  • Define and translate consumer insight and develop loyalty and CRM program to optimize direct channels.
  • Work closely with Digital and E-Commerce Global team and support with material needs
  • Managing Customer Service enquiries received via various channels.
  • Budgeting, controls marketing spending.
  • Conduct sales & marketing data analysis and prepare weekly and monthly reports.


Requirements:

  • Advantage to have experience in Marketing, Training, CRM, Ecom and strong knowledge of Retail channels in cosmetics markets, preferable 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; marketing or related field preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong oral & written communications in English, Cantonese/Mandarin. A great, passionate communicator with high EQ.
  • Proactive, strategic thinking, attention to details and able to work in fast-paced environment.
  • A good team player with strong communication, interpersonal skills and a “can-do” spirit; able to multi-task, with a hands-on approach.
