Responsibilities

  • plan and implement the overall corporate learning and development (L&D) strategy to align with the Corporation’s strategic direction and business objectives, and to address the future leadership and organizational capability requirements.
  • a team of learning and development professionals to set and execute the learning and development strategy, conduct learning needs assessment, develop and review training design and delivery, sourcing and evaluation of different programmes to meet the organizational and individual development needs.


Requirements

  • Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in learning and development of talent development, with management exposure at headquarters or corporate level.
  • Professional qualification in human resources, learning and development or executive coaching is an advantage.
  • Proven records of training design, organizational development and change management.
