The Role: Digital Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • We are seeking a Digital Manager to work on some of the most prestigious clients within the agency.
  • The candidate will be the day-to-day account lead and will be responsible for maintaining & growing client relationships through best-in-class work.
  • The remit covers multiple APAC & global markets and so the candidate will have exposure to clients and media in South East Asia as well as North America.
  • The clients have Digital KPIs (sales, ROI, Leads, traffic etc), and so the candidate will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of the digital landscape and be able to plan and analyse data from multiple sources.
  • The successful candidate will develop and present plans, reports and PCA presentations to the client and work closely with the Havas Strategy team to provide comprehensive and holistic solutions for our clients.


YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-day client lead across a number of the agencies most important Digital clients – with a focus in the fashion, financial and news industries.

This will involve:

  • Developing monthly/quarterly Performance plans for local and regional clients based on key business objectives (Sales, Revenue, CPA, ROAS, Leads, CPL etc).
  • Ensure all campaign / project costs are accurately quoted and cost estimates are delivered to the client and approved prior to campaign launching / project beginning
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing data-driven insights, regular reporting and strategic guidance on performance marketing.
  • Set targets, monitor KPIs, and measure multiple campaigns across many online channels.
  • Propose, execute and analyse testing plans to deliver efficient spend of marketing budget.
  • Deliver post campaign reports to clients that are action & insight focused.
  • Propose & implement relevant tracking tools on clients websites to help develop robust analytics.

Manage a team of 2 executives and develop their skillset.



SKILLS DESIRED

  • Be organized and have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Experience in APAC/SEA business is preferred
  • Experience in luxury/fashion markets is preferred
  • Be able to manage and prioritize assigned tasks understanding the importance behind projects or asking for clarification
  • Provide consistent and effective support to senior managers.
  • Have experience at working with and in the big tech platforms (Google Ads, Facebook BM, Google Analytics, DCM, Adobe)
  • Knowledge of marketplaces is preferred but not essential (HKTV Mall, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada)
  • Experience in the finance, fashion and technology sector is preferred but not essential.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years+ of experience in the field of digital marketing responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns
  • Experience proposing and managing large scale paid advertising budgets against business objectives and ROI targets
  • In-depth understanding and experience using various performance marketing platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, Yahoo, Bing, Baidu
  • Hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DoubleClick Campaign manager, Google Data Studio.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy working with and learning from people of different backgrounds and cultures
  • Experience working in a headquarters / regional role
