The role

The incumbent will have to train L’Occitane group brands to front-line staff across the APAC Travel Retail in maintaining a high service level, while also being productive to achieve business objectives.



What will you do:

  • Plan, develop and design digital education, live streaming, and retail excellence programs to support the Travel Retail staff.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team in reviewing and accessing training needs.
  • Manage Customer Service programs to uplift the brand service level, facilitate frontline staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Provide measurement and evaluation to track training effectiveness and BA's development
  • Contribute to the adaptation and production of training materials.
  • Support training logistics and administrative needs.
  • Work closely with other teams to support business strategy and maximize sales opportunities
  • Train the Trainer for Japan and Korea market



What are we looking for:

  • Degree holder
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, preferably beauty/cosmetics
  • Must have solid experience in product, service and sales training for front-line staff across the Asia Pacific region, including North Asia, South East Asia and the Pacific.
  • A team player with a positive mindset and open to taking on challenges.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Easy to connect with different people and cultures.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and new digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English & and Putonghua. Japanese will be a plus.
  • Candidates with lesser experience could be considered for Assistant Manager
