EPC Legal Counsel - Projects

We are seeking an experienced Regional Legal Counsel with experience in Projects including project bidding, submission, and contract negotiation. The person will support the APAC legal team.
Key Roles & Responsibilities for EPC Legal Counsel - Projects
Support on project bidding and contract negotiation matters for the sales team
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, project notices, NDAs, distributor agreements, and other legal commercial documents
Support in large project policy formation and its rollout and implementation
Liaise with external counsels regarding projects-related matters
Support in the implementation of large project policies in the region
Help with the selected legal and compliance matters in the region
Qualifications and Requirements of EPC Legal Counsel - Projects
Qualified lawyer with 7-15 years of PQE
Experience in large-scale projects
Previous experience in EPC contract review and negotiation would be preferred
Good legal drafting, research, and analytical skill
