You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, managing employee relations, and overseeing all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and performance development. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives and culture.
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in various international domains.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent management needs and workforce planning.
Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and grievances effectively.
Lead and mentor the HR and Admin teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Strong knowledge of international labor laws and regulations.
Proven ability to implement HR initiatives that support business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Experience in managing cross-cultural teams and understanding cultural differences in the workplace.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
Nice to Have Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience in the GPU cloud or AI industry.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD or SHRM).
Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) best practices and initiatives.
