Our partner is an emerging lifestyle group with a collection of beloved F&B venues. As the group continues its steady growth across the city, a new role has emerged. This is an excellent opportunity to join a creative and passionate community in a Head of Brand & Marketing role.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading the creation and execution of all marketing, communications, and branding activities;
  • Developing branding and marketing strategies that align with the company's mission and values;
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the brand is expressed cohesively, and work harmoniously together, whether in digital or physical form;
  • Planning and delivering campaigns through collaboration with key functional leads;
  • Planning and curating all design assets and visuals, from illustrations, photography, website, signage, packaging, and printed materials;
  • Creating and implementing internal brand and design guidelines,
  • Developing and executing a compelling social media presence with diversified, consistent, and timely content, monitoring and analysing the engagement, and continuously building the following;
  • Actively engaging with and building the broader community;
  • Setting and achieving target budgets and KPIs;
  • Continuously monitoring and understanding the competitive landscape and key players in the F&B space;
  • Ensuring that brand and marketing strategies are scalable and adaptive to the evolving landscape and continues to resonate with the target audience;
  • Be an internal ambassador for the company, working with teams to champion the brand and build connection, excitement and passion for what we do and who we are.


The ideal candidate has:

  • A minimum of 5 years of brand and marketing experience, preferably in Hong Kong;
  • A diverse range of creative interests and skills;
  • Exceptional writing skills and an extreme eye for detail;
  • Experience working with photography and proficiency with design and editing software,
  • Solid organisational skills, with ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines;
  • Strategic vision to see the big picture and create campaigns with long-term impact;
  • The collaborative spirit and team-oriented approach to work across many teams;
  • Prior experience in F&B a plus!
