A Hong Kong fast fashion retail company is looking for a Head of HR to join their team.

Your new role

  • Culture Leadership:
  1. Champion the company's values through strong leadership and inspirational behaviour.
  2. Embody the business's culture and ensure its alignment with the workforce.
  • People Management Strategies:
  1. Lead the HR department processes and drive people management strategies.
  2. Coach, mentor, and support staff members to identify their individual strengths and development needs.
  • Program Implementation:
  1. Ensure effective and efficient implementation of human resources programs and initiatives.
  2. Adapting to changes in working practices (e.g., remote work during the pandemic) and evolving business priorities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail industry is an absolute advantage!
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administration, including 4-5 years in a people leadership/ management role.
  • Vast working knowledge of all HR departmental areas, including reward and recognition, welfare, learning and development, as well as HR systems and budgets.
