Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the HR team across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine HR strategies to address critical organizational needs such as process optimization, change management, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, employee retention, policy creation, and HR systems implementation.
  • Partner closely with the executive leadership team to understand the unique challenges of the digital asset industry, offering insights and solutions to optimize organizational design and enhance overall business performance.
  • Foster a strong connection with the workforce by ensuring high levels of employee engagement, offering career development opportunities, delivering timely and constructive performance feedback, and creating incentive schemes that attract and retain top talent in the competitive digital asset space.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and industry best practices.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, maintaining adherence to the company’s corporate values, risk management protocols, and service standard


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of HR business partner experience from sizable organizations, preferably in financial related industries
  • Background in HR management consulting and strategic business partnering
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels, good organizational and time management skills; high attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills including coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and motivated with the ability to work successfully across dynamic and diversified cultures
  • Understanding of organizational dynamics and complexities in a fast paced business environment
