About The Role
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's GOALS and support its growth and expansion plans
Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of top-quality candidates
Develop and maintain effective performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans
Oversee employee relations initiatives, ensuring a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration
Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards and company policies
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Seasoned and progressive HR leadership experience in the Conglomerate, Property Development and Real Estate sector is HIGHLY preferred
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws across Hong Kong & China
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support business objectives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset
