Human Resources Assistant (Part-time, 3 days per week)

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will support a full range of HR operations including but not limited to payroll, compensation & benefits administration, recruitment & training.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining proper record of employees’ personnel files, leave records, and staff information as appropriate during the HR operations life cycle;
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration e.g. payroll, MPF etc.;
  • Update and maintain staff record in HR system;
  • Assist in on-boarding and off-boarding process and related administration;
  • Provide logistic support for recruitment activities including advertisement postings, arranging interviews and reference checks;
  • Assist in training administration as it relates to the training coordination & set up, attendance monitoring, record keeping, etc.;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team;
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in human resources management or business administration disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Admin operations
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and employment law
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Words, Excel and PowerPoint and HR systems.
  • Capable in basic graphic design, video editing, Adobe, and Canvas, will be definitely an advantage.
