The Role
Develop and implement HR strategy, policy and procedure.
Supervise the HR team for daily HR operation, administration, C&B, recruitment.
Recommend compensation policy for maintaining competitive
Work closely with group level to implement regional practice.
Providing advice, counsel and guidance to employees on relevant issues
Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (master's degree or certification preferred).
Proven experience in working with group level in multinational company, education industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
