The Role
- Develop and implement HR strategy, policy and procedure.
- Supervise the HR team for daily HR operation, administration, C&B, recruitment.
- Recommend compensation policy for maintaining competitive
- Work closely with group level to implement regional practice.
- Providing advice, counsel and guidance to employees on relevant issues
- Stay updated on labor laws and industry trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (master's degree or certification preferred).
- Proven experience in working with group level in multinational company, education industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
