Our client is a leading AI company that specializes in voice-based solutions across multiple industries. They are seeking a talented individual to join Application team.
Responsibilities
Participate in project management, planning and requirements collection, system testing and documentation.
Provide technical support, includes software and hardware installation, troubleshooting and configuration.
Support customer projects and provide end users training.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned (on-site data center or customer premises).
Non-office hours support required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related disciplines
Minimum CGPA of 3.2 or higher educational achievement
Knowledge in any software programming or machine learning or AI is a plus
Excellent problem solving and communication skills, multitask planning
Experience with machine learning and AI is a plus.
Good command of Cantonese is a MUST
IANG and Fresh graduates will be considered.
