Job Responsibilities

  • Provide helpdesk, remote and onsite support of IT systems, including the handling of the incident reported from users and undertake the daily support of IT systems in hotel environment
  • Perform first tier problem solving and escalation to senior if required
  • Install software to PC and/or related equipment
  • On-job training will be provided
  • Assist in performing any other IT duties as assigned by supervisors


Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s working experience in technical support role (hardware & software)
  • Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Shift duty is required and overnight only for urgent case
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with less experience will also be considered
