Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees in utilizing various software and hardware systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows 10, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
- Manage and maintain Active Directory Users & Computers and Azure AD to ensure user accounts and permissions are up to date.
- Possess a basic understanding of networks, including LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud, and IP, to assist with network-related issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide basic training and support to employees on new software and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite, Windows 10, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
- Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers and Azure AD.
- Basic understanding of networks (LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud, IP).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Administration Center, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, iManage Work, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Conferencing software, VmWare Workspace One, Intapp Time, Intapp Intake, and ServiceNow is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
