Our client is an international law firm dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to clients. To cope with the growth and expansion of the global presence, they are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team.
Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees in utilizing various software and hardware systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for MS Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Windows 10, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
Manage and maintain Active Directory Users & Computers and Azure AD to ensure user accounts and permissions are up to date.
Possess a basic understanding of networks, including LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud, and IP, to assist with network-related issues and escalations.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide basic training and support to employees on new software and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
Strong knowledge of MS Office 365 Suite, Windows 10, and mobile devices (iOS & Android).
Experience with Active Directory Users & Computers and Azure AD.
Basic understanding of networks (LAN, WAN, WAP, Cloud, IP).
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange Administration Center, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, iManage Work, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams Conferencing software, VmWare Workspace One, Intapp Time, Intapp Intake, and ServiceNow is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese and English.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
