Our client is headquartered in PRC, with ambitious growth plan globally. They are already listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and are now urgently seeking for a seasoned lawyer to join as the Legal Director for the business.
Job Description
This position will be responsible for listing compliance work, overall legal functions including but not limited to M&A, capital market activities, fund-raising transactions, general commercial, as well as contentious matters when they arise.
The Successful Applicant
You will be either a HK or US qualified lawyer with at least 15+ years of experience, prior experience in working for a HK listed or MNC will be preferred. Strong level of English and Mandarin will be essential.
