The role is responsible for providing support in brand operations and executions of brand strategies This will lead the implementation of key marketing programs and handle project assigned by commercials to drive the growth of the brand or new product launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational support on marketing programs execution
  • Execute marketing plans, liaise internally with cross functional departments and externally with production vendors
  • Slide/content creation for internal & external meetings - brand review, internal training and marketing programs.
  • Digital channels communication executions
  • Support on preparing regular business reports and managing inventory level
  • Support project management of key marketing initiatives
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Promotional and Educational Material Development
  • Promotional and educational materials development, including digital materials e.g. emails, videos
  • Market data analysis
  • Conduct data analysis and share insights on brand performance as well as market data
  • Targeting list analysis by therapeutic area
  • Brand/digital metrics dashboard
  • Conduct analysis on patient support program

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fresh graduates / new to pharmaceutical industry are welcome
  • Relevant experience in product marketing would be a plus

Skills & Knowledge

  • Language: Fluent in English both written and spoken. Proficient in English writing
  • Proficient in analysis with Excel
  • Detailed, good organization skills
  • Good quality work, fast learner and be able to work independently.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and communications-savvy for cross-functional (i.e., marketing, medical, sales, IT, compliance) collaboration
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a can-do mindset
