Our client operates primarily in the public sector and is focused on addressing the challenges posed by an aging population. They are currently seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee, coordinate, and monitor the overall operation of Elderly Home's care services for tenants.
Main Duties & Responsibility:
As the Nursing Manager, your responsibility will encompass following:
Formulating, implementing, and assessing healthcare policies and protocols for Elderly Homes and other care services.
Overseeing and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to residents, actively engaging in nursing routines, and updating individualized care plans.
Coordinating and executing infection control measures to promptly manage outbreaks of contagious diseases.
Managing the pre-admission process, including evaluating applications and assessing potential candidates.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to design and provide customized services based on residents' specific care needs.
Planning and executing staff schedules, including managing shifts, organizing training programs, and monitoring performance.
Addressing inquiries, feedback, and grievances from stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
Candidate Profile:
For candidates that are interested, it would be great if you have the following qualifications.
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Possessing a valid practicing certificate (RN) issued by the relevant nursing council.
Demonstrating self-motivation and a deep-rooted passion for providing exceptional care services to the elderly.
Exhibiting strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively supervise and organize a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals.
Possessing outstanding presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Displaying maturity, a service-oriented mindset, and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
