Job Description:
- Operations Management: Develop and execute operational strategies for cryptocurrency platforms to enhance user satisfaction and increase transaction retention.
- Platform Building & Optimisation: Management: Establish and optimize customer service processes for institutional client needs, driving continuous product and service improvements.
- Operations Strategy: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance platform performance and Total Value Locked (TVL).
- Team Management: Build and manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to build a competitive and dynamic team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, computer science, or marketing.
- Minimum 3 years of operational management experience in cryptocurrency or finance industry, with a sharp understanding of market trends and user needs. Good understanding of crypto market and related business.
- Strong team and project management skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
