Job Description:


  1. Operations Management: Develop and execute operational strategies for cryptocurrency platforms to enhance user satisfaction and increase transaction retention.
  2. Platform Building & Optimisation: Management: Establish and optimize customer service processes for institutional client needs, driving continuous product and service improvements.
  3. Operations Strategy: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance platform performance and Total Value Locked (TVL).
  4. Team Management: Build and manage the operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to build a competitive and dynamic team.


Job Requirements:


  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, computer science, or marketing.
  2. Minimum 3 years of operational management experience in cryptocurrency or finance industry, with a sharp understanding of market trends and user needs. Good understanding of crypto market and related business.
  3. Strong team and project management skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
  5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with adaptability to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
