Responsibilities
Provide support for full set accounting such as account payable & account receivable.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Handle bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions.
Assist to prepare accounting reports for year-end audit.
Perform filing statutory return with the Company Registry and ensure compliance with the statutory requirement.
Handle Company Secretarial matters.
Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in accounting or related disciplines (e.g. LCCI);
1-2 years company secretarial experience;
Relevant working experience in Retail industry is preferred;
Hands on experience on accounting systems or ERP, and familiar with profits tax computation;
Self-motivated, good communication SKILLS and able to work independently;
Proficiency in PC skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word etc.).
