Part Time Digital & Training Administrative Assistant, Travel Retail

The role

To support our Training team in Travel Retail, we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Digital & Training Administrative Assistant.

We are open to receiving applicants who are currently studying in Hong Kong and who are available for 2-3 full days per week.

What will you do:

• Assist in coordinating and facilitating staff training sessions
• Support in logistic operations
• Develop visual and engaging content for internal communication,
• Assist in digital projects
• Manage the ordering, packaging and shipment of GWP (eg. Testers, gifts) and collaborate closely with the supply chain department to ensure prompt and efficient delivery
• Administrative/ ad-hoc works

What are we looking for:

• Currently studying in Hong Kong
• Positive attitude, proactive and detail-minded
• Some experience in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as this role will support the Greater China region.
