Part-time HR and Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

Job Description Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Assistant Human Resources Manager
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Administer staff records and maintain candidate and employee database
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records in company system
  • Organize employee event which is aligned with company goals and values, and that it supports employee engagement and a positive company culture
  • Assist in answering employee compensation enquiries
  • Assist in HR PROJECTS and ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Ability to answer enquiries in professional manner
  • Fast-paced, energetic and service oriented are the key elements
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is advantageous
