Our client Is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Director, Personal Loan to join the team at a leading consumer finance company. As a Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 professionals and report directly to the Head of Product. Budget is HKD75,000 per month
Responsibilities
Formulate product strategies and business plan to drive personal loan business growth
Initiate and drive new product development or refine existing product attributes / features to improve customer experience and strive for better business opportunities
Develop and implement execution plan and product campaigns to drive personal loan business and sustain business growth
Identify and develop testing segment programs to test segment’s needs and offer effectiveness
Collaborate with various parties to formulate marketing / product strategies, support retention programs and ensure proper campaign deployment
Develop training materials for new product / promotion launch
Requirements
At least 8 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with sound knowledge in consumer lending products
Well-versed in the basic structures of retail loan products and related procedure & system operations
Self-motivated with good market sense
Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
