Public Affairs Coordinator (Part-time)

About The Opportunity

• Support Public Affairs team on projects encompassing External Parties Liaison, Government and Industry Relations, Crisis Management, Internal and External Inquiries, and ad hoc projects
• Prepare meeting documents for external meetings and internal records
• Keep track of Government authorities and Legislative bodies' discussions and movements
  
  

What you need to be successful

• Able to work for 2-3 days per week
• Welcome undergraduate students from public affairs, law, political science, public administration, public relations, communications or related areas
• Great energy and a positive attitude
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, fluency in Mandarin would be a plus
