Responsibilities
Direct report to the Managing Director
Lead the Talent Acquisition team of both Corporate and Retail Operations
Collaborate with management to identify and develop HR strategies for the team including talent development and manpower planning
Analyze organizational needs, HR data and metrics to identify trends, activities and potential issues and provide advice and recommendations for improvements
Lead the performance management process of the team, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
Formulate and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational change management
Implement strategic solutions to enhance employee performance, culture, and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the institution
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
Skills and Qualifications
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources field, preferably from Health & Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industries
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
Exhibit a strong business acumen mindset, capable of driving strategic solutions, influencing decision-making, and building strong relationships within a matrix environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
