Responsibilities

  • Direct report to the Managing Director
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team of both Corporate and Retail Operations
  • Collaborate with management to identify and develop HR strategies for the team including talent development and manpower planning
  • Analyze organizational needs, HR data and metrics to identify trends, activities and potential issues and provide advice and recommendations for improvements
  • Lead the performance management process of the team, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
  • Formulate and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire top talent to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Provide expert guidance on complex HR issues, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational change management
  • Implement strategic solutions to enhance employee performance, culture, and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives align with the overall goals and objectives of the institution
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects



Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in the Human Resources field, preferably from Health & Beauty, Retail, or FMCG industries
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies
  • Exhibit a strong business acumen mindset, capable of driving strategic solutions, influencing decision-making, and building strong relationships within a matrix environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
