Senior IT Manager - Solutions Delivery - Hong Kong

Our client is the leading listed conglomerate in HK & Asia. They are seeking a Senior IT Manager - Solutions Delivery responsible to drive solutions for the business as they continue to evolve and grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to carry out product development and service delivery, optimizing asset management capabilities while achieving prescribed quality standards within the implementation plan and budget.
• Act as Project Manager to ensure deadlines are met by establishing work priorities and managing the budget. Oversee system testing and quality control, coordinate problem-solving, conflict resolution, and escalations with hardware, software, and programs.
• Plan, organize, direct, and take ownership of the analysis, design, implementation, deployment, support, and/or maintenance of information systems. Provide broad operational oversight in assigned areas.
• Engage with internal stakeholders at different levels to align solutions to business needs, drive technology innovations, and lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of relevant project experience, of which 7 years should be in project management/ deployment management/ programme management experience.
• Proven track record in implementing large-scale transformation projects in large enterprises.
• Broad expertise across diverse technology domains, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the asset management
• Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor and contract management skills, combined with a logical, analytical mindset and highly developed interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
