Support and enhance airport IT systems and infrastructure including Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX), Master Antenna Television (MATV), Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) etc. and telecom related commercial services
Collect and analyze tenants’ and users’ requirements, provide advice and solutions to end users and implement telecom infrastructure solutions with reference to defined architecture and standards
Implement and coordinate IT facilities and airport construction projects and ensure projects can be delivered on time and within budget
Review, recommend and develop procedures to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
Respond to EUSS PABX service requests in effective and efficient manner
