Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the pharmaceutical and food sectors
Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity
Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
Oversee and manage the documentation and record-keeping of quality control processes, including Batch Production Records, test results, reports, and certificates of analysis
Devise and review GMP documents such as various material specifications, SOPs, training materials
Involve in various validation activities, equipment calibration activities and product stability studies
Manage a team of 30 pax, provide clear direction, set performance expectations, continuous improvement. Ensure all QC resources are fully utilized in an effective way
Requirements
Degree holder in Chinese Medicines, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Studies or related disciplines
At least 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years' managerial experiences
Proficiency in implementing Quality Management Systems
Open to non-pharmaceutical and food background candidates
Excellent leadership, communication skills and people management skills
Proficient in both English and Cantonese
