Your New Role
As the APAC Travel Retail & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of company's brands within the dynamic APAC travel retail market. In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new travel retail partnerships and distribution channels across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Manage and nurture existing travel retail relationships to maximize sales, optimize product assortment, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives tailored to the travel retail channel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of products to travel retail partners.
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in travel retail, business development, or sales management within the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods industries.
• Extensive knowledge of the APAC travel retail landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with travel retail partners, such as airports, duty-free operators, and airline companies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability and a strategic mindset to navigate the complex and fast-paced travel retail environment.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
