The museum currently receives a large number of visitors. Visitors may be required to wait for about an hour to purchase tickets on-site when the museum is crowded. We strongly recommend purchasing web tickets online in advance.
The extended opening hours (7:30-8:30 and 17:30-19:00 from September to November; 7:30-8:30 and 16:30-18:00 from December to February) are for those with reservations ONLY. It is highly recommended to visit the museum during the extended hours as it is easier for visitors to explore the permanent exhibitions at their own pace in a less crowded environment. (Designated web tickets must be purchased online in advance to enter the museum during these extended opening hours.)
