    "How is it that you are doing so much business with Icelandic companies? 🇮🇸"  — This is a question we get a lot. Let us try to explain. Probably everyone is surprised, as Iceland is known for its unique and breathtaking nature, tourism, and, frankly, having a rather small population. So, where do all these companies we work with come from? And why Iceland? Well, we think these factors play a key role… ⭐️ Exceptionally highly developed entrepreneurial culture. Icelanders have the ambition, drive, and persistence. Vikings, right? They are not afraid to fail; they dust off and start over. In Iceland, everyone is an entrepreneur at heart. ⭐️ They’re Product Thinking(ers).  Companies there understand that great products come from continuous user feedback. They don’t assume they know it all; they actively engage with users to solve real problems. This is where Resonate's way of working fits perfectly. ⭐️ People come first.  In Iceland, it's people working with people, not just businesses working with businesses. There’s a tremendous level of mutual respect, with people always coming first. We never feel like contractors but as part of a team. Their products are our products too. ⭐️ No ego. Ego is the enemy of innovation. Icelanders know this well. They foster an environment where new ideas can flourish and change is welcomed. One of the tenets we set when we started Resonate is that there is no room for ego. ⭐️ Sense of humor. Icelanders have a unique sense of humor, often self-deprecating, much like ours — but sometimes they tend to go further. Hence, no ego.  ⭐️ A sense of community. Icelandic companies value community and collaboration. They are open to partnerships and believe in the power of collective effort to achieve great things. ⭐️ And yes, great ice cream: No, it’s not a joke. Check the last photo in the photo gallery.
