The mission of the Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering is to conduct scientific research and higher education based on it in the interdisciplinary field of environmental engineering, as well as the transfer and application of knowledge to the economy. The Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering wants to confirm itself at the national level as a leading scientific-educational institution specialized in higher education, scientific and professional work in the field of environmental engineering, especially those segments focused on identification, design, construction and system management for solving environmental protection problems. These problems relate to soil, water and air pollution, then waste management problems and defining environmental protection mechanisms. The Faculty of Geotechnical Engineering wants to become an internationally recognized institution involved in the European Research Area and in the student and researcher mobility programs.

🧐 Srećan nam Svetski dan obrazovanja o zaštiti životne sredine! #worldenvironmenteducationalday 🐾 Ako želimo da živimo u skladu s prirodom, najbolje je da počnemo od obrazovanja, jer se navike o zdravom i održivom ponašanju stvaraju od malih nogu! WWF Adria će i ove godine sprovesti tri akreditovana programa obuke za nastavnike osnovnih škola i profesore gimnazija koji će tokom školske godine svojim učenicima prenositi znanja iz oblasti zaštite životne sredine. Program realizujemo u partnerstvu sa Zavodom za unapređenje obrazovanja i vaspitanja, a podrazumeva programe za predmete Građansko vaspitanje, Slobodne nastavne aktivnosti i Obrazovanje za održivi razvoj. 🌱 Smatramo da je edukativni rad sa mladima aktivnost koja dalekosežno daje najbolje rezultate i ima presudan uticaj za razvijanje svesti o neophodnosti zaštite i značaju očuvanja životne sredine kod mladih. O tome svedoče ne samo pomenuti program, već i brojni projekti koji imaju za cilj razvijanje mladih u pravcu ekološkog delovanja, a koje smo radili: #PlayJet, Na mladima klima ostaje, Akademija za prirodu. 👍
