Marinetek Mediterranean

The development of the new nautical marina in St. Filip Jakov is nearing final completion. After the building of the quay walls and the outer breakwaters, it is time to arrange the interior of the nautical basin for the reception of yachts. For this new gem on the nautical chart of the Adriatic, Marinetek manufactured and delivered All Concrete Heavy Duty pontoon elements for the formation of two floating jetties. In the coming weeks, Marinetek will install and anchor the floating piers and associated equipment. A standard Mediterranean anchoring system will be installed for about 130 yachts up to 30 meters in length. We believe that the new marina will receive its first guests before the start of the new nautical season, and the book of vessels waiting for a permanent annual berth in this marina is already well filled.

It was a year ago, when Marinetek and its partners Deutschland Technology built the first modern marina in the Suez Canal. Yacht Club Ismailia was completed in record time. Only four months after the signing of the contract, 34 breakwater and Heavy Duty pontoon elements with fingers, mooring systems and infrastructure were built, delivered and installed, to accommodate 96 yachts up to 40 meters in size! What a remarkable success in such a short time! 😀

New marina Sv. Filip Jakov in Croatia Beautiful small town Sveti Filip i Jakov in Zadar county will finally get the nautical port that this tourist center deserves. In January 2024, Marinetek Adriatic signed a contract with the company Marina Sunčani Resort for the construction of a nautical port for commercial purposes. Marinetek Adriatic, as a contractor for floating piers, will manufacture 16 All-Concrete pontoons, deliver and install the accompanying equipment and mooring systems. Completion of the works is scheduled for the end of September 2024. We are very proud of signing this project and developing nautical tourism in Croatia.
