Supporting local community is more than just a mission—it’s a part of who we are. Through our Volunteer Club, we work to make a difference by giving our time, energy and resources to those who need them most. This year, we focused our efforts on Caritas’ "House of Love”, a place for children and mothers with babies who need support in their lives. Our goal was to make their surroundings brighter and their days a little lighter, so we painted their main living areas, donated essential supplies, and shared meaningful time with the children. 💛 We’re grateful for the opportunity, and we are committed to continue building connections and make a positive impact in the lives of those around us.   #TifonTeam #CSR #Caritas

Meet Ivana, our first female truck driver! Ivana proves each day that skills and dedication can overcome any challenges. 💬 “I'm fully aware this isn’t a typical profession for women, and as far as I know, I’m one of only three women in Croatia to have passed the ADR exam for transporting dangerous goods. When other truck drivers see me on the road, their reactions are almost always positive and supportive, which makes me even prouder to show that women can be just as successful in this line of work. I'm also very happy to be the first woman on the Tifon truck drivers team, where my colleagues welcomed me as an equal from day one, with open arms and full support.” Ivana’s story highlights the importance of equal opportunities and shows that determination knows no boundaries. 💬 “My message to other women is to follow your dreams and don’t let anything hold you back! ASA Island Expedition brought excitement to the road again, and we were right there to keep them powered up! ⛽️ After an impressive public gathering at Z Centar, a luxurious fleet of supercars, including Lamborghini, Ferrari and many others, set off towards Mali Lošinj. Along the way, they made pit stops at our Jankomir and Kraljevica service stations to refuel with our high quality EVO premium fuels, keeping their performance at a top notch. We prepared some refreshments for the drivers as well, to ensure they got all the energy they needed. As the school year begins, it's important to remember that many children are back on the streets, including around 35.700 first-graders. As a company that operates across Croatia and is present on the roads daily through our service station network, we recognize our social responsibility. Our back-to-school campaign is focused on creating a safer environment for children by raising awareness about traffic safety. If this campaign makes even one driver more cautious, we have accomplished a lot. However, we’ve ensured this message reaches a far wider audience.  These children are students today, but their plans are big and they should have the opportunity to achieve them. This week, just as the new school year has started, our employees, who are parents, had the chance to participate in one of the back-to-school online webinars organized by the MOL Group.   The topic was Bullying and bullying prevention in the school, which is unfortunately a topic we have all heard about, either from a friend, relative, a person we don't even know that much or from our own experience. The aim of the webinar was to provide objective data about bullying, what patterns in a child's environment can lead to bullying and learning valuable tools for recognizing early signs of bullying and tips how to address it.    While the key objective is to create a safer environment for the children, we are more than glad our employees can get company's support in navigating these important topics and enhancing their overall well-being.   We are already looking forward to the next webinar!   #Tifon #BackToSchool #MOLGroupAcademy #Parenting

To better understand how our daily operations work, what challenges we face and to actually meet the consumers and see their needs and behaviour there is no better approach than spending time on the front lines. For several years now, we've embraced a practice where our office employees work shifts at our service stations. During the summer season, they also pitch in at our seasonal locations to help out when things get pretty busy. This approach not only boosts teamwork but also emphasizes the importance of understanding how every link in the chain functions, what is required to keep the operations going smootly, to implement and execute new business-driven initiatives and helps keep everyone focused on delivering excellent service. #Tifon #teamwork

[Family-friendly destination]   Traveling with little ones can be challenging, so this summer we’ve taken steps to make family road trips go smoother.
