Rólunk
Amrop is a Context Driven Global Executive Search network, present for 45 years in the world. We help our clients build their businesses by identifying leaders adept at working across borders, in markets around the world. Amrop has been part of Hungary's modernization process since 1992 and is now one of the leading executive search firms in the country. Amrop Hungary is led by its equity Partners, Richard Kohlmann and Katalin Indra Hollai, both experienced search consultants. The four Partners - Richard, Katalin, Nora Ruszkai and Anett Andróczki - are all recognised professionals in executive search. The Partners are supported by a talented team of multilingual professionals who have experience across a broad range of industries and sectors. In Hungary Amrop believes strongly in ensuring that our clients are satisfied at all stages of the project and that candidates are also treated with professionalism and respect. In order to achieve these goals Amrop brings to an executive search, coaching assignment or management audit a deep understanding of the context of a given project: our client's company culture, strengths and weaknesses of local or international candidates and the overall business situation. This helps us deliver high potential candidates who can make a fundamental, positive difference to the performance of our clients.

Some visible evidence of Amrop's strong team spirit -- and beyond ❤️
This weekend we welcomed our teams from Central & Eastern Europe for our annual CEE TeamEvent, this year in Halkidiki, Greece! Our discussions focused both on our strengths and opportunities to be better, combining themes of ‘head’ & ‘heart’, with a dose of digital and AI thinking. As ever we competed in fun team building activities and danced the night away… Already looking forward to next year! https://lnkd.in/dNJb8a8W #AmropCEE #culture #executivesearch #teambuilding

In an upcoming study by Amrop’s Global Digital Practice, we will explore differing approaches to leadership, and the ability to derive competitive advantage, with respect to the application of AI. In preparation, we have been speaking with leaders of midsized companies, venture businesses and larger corporations who have all shared their experiences in leveraging AI strategies for their organization and customers. Among our interviewees is Simo Dragicevic, founder of BetBuddy, a pioneer in data analytics and responsible gambling, which was acquired by Playtech Plc in 2017. Dragicevic also sits on the Boards of Canada's Responsible Gambling Council and the GB Gambling Commission, as a member of its Digital Advisory Panel. He talked to Mikael Norr, Managing Partner at Amrop Sweden in Stockholm and a member of Amrop’s Global Digital Practice, about the AI-related competencies required at Board level and how to get there. Follow the link to find out what he said! To find out more, reach out to Mikael Norr or the Digital Practice members in your country!

Part Two of our new Amrop series: Survival of the Fittest is out now. In this chapter, senior Amrop Partners examine the role of the CEO. How is the top position evolving and what does this mean for hiring organizations and CEOs? One thing is clear, reputation has never mattered more, and CEOs must confidently occupy a multichannel podium. The top leader is also being observed by a new generation who no longer believe in marriage to an all-consuming ‘job for life’. Despite an ever-expanding agenda, the hardworking #CEO must also model a healthy work-life balance. How can organizations ensure their pressured CEO can meet these demands? Hard but sometimes, necessary.
