Busch-Hungaria completed a major investment at the end of the summer to improve working conditions within the factory. The foundry's latest high-capacity extraction system is a closed-ceiling system that removes fumes from the molding hall. The new extraction system circulates 100,000 cubic meters of air per hour and eliminates all fumes from the molding hall. The enclosed booth is equipped with lighting and a camera system to allow operators to monitor the entire process. Accident-free operation is ensured by a state-of-the-art fire protection system, which uses sensors to automatically prevent emergencies. The new extraction system also includes a powerful filtration system, and the company monitors the composition of the cleaned air with a built-in meter. The measurements show that the new system is extremely efficient at filtering the air and returning it to the environment in a clean state.
