The pop-up exhibition, titled "Modernism in Pieces" showcases the architectural heritage of Liget Center, now serving as RTL's downtown base and it illustrates that modern architecture is not distant from historical architecture by showcasing the building’s 🏗architectural achievements, 🖼artistic value, 🏛and various historical periods it has spanned. Supporting contemporary art is a key mission to WING. #WING25 as we stepped into 2012, we reached another significant achievement with the completion of the Hegyvidék Shopping Center, which earned BREEAM certification. Located in Budapest’s 12th district, this was the first shopping center in Hungary to be developed according to BREEAM "Very Good" standards. The building, which has since been acquired by a new owner, has become a popular destination for those seeking unique and high-quality experiences. The center features an outstanding array of gourmet shops and restaurants, while also offering convenient services for daily shopping. Did you know?💡 The shopping center is home to a 70-square-meter lenticular print, specifically designed for this location, and it stands as the largest artwork ever created using this technique. The installation, titled Forest in the Clearing, was crafted by Gyula Várnai, one of the leading figures in contemporary Hungarian art.

#WING25 2011, the year when we delivered the Allianz Headquarters, marking WING's first sustainable office development. Situated on Könyves Kálmán Boulevard, the building was officially known as K3 before it became the property of Allianz in 2010. The project’s main purpose was to create a modern, architecturally distinctive office complex with a refined interior design, emphasizing sustainability at every stage of development. The energy-efficient features include solar energy utilization, rainwater recycling, heat-reflective windows, and advanced soundproofing. The headquarters comprises four towers, with 2,300 m² of office space per floor and direct access to the rooftop terrace from the upper levels. 👉The Allianz Headquarters is distinguished not only by its innovative architectural approach but also by its "Very Good" BREEAM sustainability certification. In 2012, the building was awarded the Construction Industry Award, recognizing its exemplary execution and high standards.

#WING25 2009: learn more about our first TV base, the MTVA Headquarters and Production Center 🎬 Completed in 2009, the MTVA headquarters in Budapest’s 3rd district is a cutting-edge facility that hosts offices, studios, archive, and warehouses. Beyond its spacious studios, the complex features an open-air parking area, walkways, and a green roof on the top floor. This is the home of Duna Television's productions, the Híradó.hu editorial team, and MTI's New Media operations. It also serves as a visitor center, offering school groups the opportunity to explore the exciting world of broadcasting behind the scenes. We’re proud that this modern facility was awarded the "Best Public Building in Europe"!
