Partnering with Micra in Indonesia, we provide 🌟 Household Financial Literacy 🌟 to 35 female farmers, helping participants understand their financial situation and achieve their financial goals. Meet Lusi Setyaningsih, one of our training participants, who shared how the training has impacted her life: "I learned about financial management through the training. I am now running my own beauty salon, and the skills I learned in the training are really helpful to ensure my business and family finances are all going well." Empowering Communities Through Fair Trade: The Aliet Green Impact At Aliet Green, we're proud to share the tangible results of our commitment to Fair Trade practices and community empowerment: In 2023, we disbursed $13,000 in Fair Trade Funds, directly benefiting our partner communities. This investment has had a significant impact on the livelihoods of our smallholder rural farmers, who now earn 39% more than the minimum wage. Our network has grown to include over 1,300 smallholder rural farmers, with an impressive 94.5% being women. This focus on female farmers not only promotes gender equality in agriculture but also strengthens local economies and families. We're particularly proud of our initiative to empower 16 disabled farmers, providing them with opportunities for additional income. This aligns with our mission to create an inclusive agricultural sector that leaves no one behind.
