Extremely delighted to have successfully completed my first project as a project manager. 👷🏾♂️ BaliConstruction (PT. Sinar Bangunan Dunia) entrusted me with the leadership of the finishing touches on the Masa Kini villa 🏗️ : • Draw-up the schedule of the works • Coordinate the different stakeholders • Set-up and solve a defect list • Control the quality • Resolve problem on site • Manage the material The intimate atmosphere, blending various natural materials such as wood 🎋 and stone, creating a cozy and reassuring ambiance, made Masa Kini an exciting project that demanded meticulous attention to detail. 🔎 The unforeseen challenges, discovering the construction industry, team spirit, and cultural blend were a perfect mix to challenge me during this initial experience in construction and management. 📈 I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Khat, John, Jeanne and Galuh for giving me this opportunity and for their support throughout this project. 🙏🏾
