This time, Rifda will tell us about her on-boarding experience in Jiwa Group. Rifda joined in Jiwa Group as a Partner Executive Staff. Far before the D-day, Rifda was assisted by our Talent Acquisition team to complete the documentation process. On the first day, Rifda took an office tour, which is a part of the introduction to each division and department, as well as getting to know more about the work place. "During the on-boarding process, I feel supported because it helps me to know more about the company. Since I was guided from the beginning until the end." said Rifda when asked about how she feels about the on-boarding process.
