We are celebrating the graduation of our Advanced Modern Automotive trainees. This 3-year vocational program, which has been running for 46 years, supports Mercedes-Benz’s after-sales business network in Indonesia and has already produced 870 graduates. One of our graduates represented Indonesia in the ASIA World Skills Competition, winning a bronze medal in 2023—a testament to the quality and excellence of the program. In 2024, we will introduce a new program called “Modern Automotive Technician (MAT)” to better align with market demand. This program will be shortened to 1.5 years and will offer High Voltage Qualification up to level 4.
