🌟 Reflecting on a summer at Metaforsa Mulia Internasional! 🌟 This past summer, I been working in PT MEMI as a Business Development Intern, and I must say that it has been a blast. As a metallurgical engineering student, being a BD intern is not easy. There are brand new things I needed to learn, new environment to adapt, and new people I get to meet. During the three months internship, I did a lot of things starting from creating a financial model of a new coal mine, analyzing fuel consumption statistic, to forecasting coal price though mathematical models. This experience is truly one to never forget... One of the things I truly loved about my internship at PT Metaforsa Mulia Internasional was the chance to meet coal mining experts with decades of experience like Abah Tonny P. Sastramihardja. Their knowledge and dedication were incredibly motivating, pushing me to strive toward becoming the best version of myself. A special thank you to Bu Utami Sastramihardja, whom I deeply admire, for her guidance throughout this 3-month journey. Her leadership and expertise have left a lasting impact on me, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from someone I look up to. As I embark on my studies this semester, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dipta Dwitiya, Dona da Silva, Fitra Nurfika, Amira Khansa Rahmadita, Andreas Bayu Kristianto, and everyone else in MEMI, for their warm hospitality.
