𝗣𝗟𝗡 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘀 𝟭 𝗚𝗪𝗽 𝗱𝗶 𝗞𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹 PT PLN (Persero) melalui PLN Indonesia Power (PLN IP), PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables dan perusahaan patungan anak usahanya, siap produksi solar panel dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 1 Gigawatt Peak (GWp). Hal ini ditandai dengan diluncurkannya pabrik solar panel terintegrasi pertama dan terbesar di Indonesia di Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Yan Sibarang Tandiele, Direktur Industri Permesinan dan Alat Mesin Pertanian, Kementerian Perindustrian, mengapresiasi pembangunan pabrik solar panel serta komitmen dalam pemenuhan Tingkat Kandungan Dalam Negeri (TKDN) sesuai dengan aturan yang ditempatkan Pemerintah. “Soft Launching pabrik solar panel ini merupakan capaian yang spektakuler, karena dilakukan dalam jangka waktu yang singkat 10 bulan. Hal ini menjadi hal yang membanggakan bagi bangsa Indonesia. Dengan beroperasinya pabrik panel surya berkapasitas 1 GWp ini akan menambah kapasitas nasional menjadi 4,7 GWp. Apresiasi juga kepada PLN yang sudah berkomitmen dalam pemanfaatan TKDN,” kata Yan Sibarang, Rabu (30/10). Sahid Junaidi, Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan, dan Konservasi Kementerian ESDM juga mengapresiasi pembangunan pabrik yang dieksekusi dalam waktu singkat. “Pencapaian pada hari ini, menjadi bukti kemajuan sektor EBT di Indonesia, melihat pembangunannya kilat yaitu 10 bulan. Kami melihat pengembangan EBT Nasional akan semakin cerah,” kata Sahid. Hartanto Wibowo, Direktur Perencanaan Korporat dan Pengembangan Bisnis PT PLN (Persero) mengatakan bahwa saat ini PLN telah menapaki tahap penting dalam mendukung transisi energi Tanah Air serta menuju Indonesia swasembada energi. “Kita telah tiba pada journey yang penting dalam upaya mendukung NZE 2060, yakni resmi beroperasinya Pabrik Panel Surya Terintegrasi Pertama dan Terbesar di Indonesia. Lewat milestone ini, menjadi bukti PLN mendukung swasembada energi di Indonesia sesuai arahan Presiden RI,” jelas Hartanto. Edwin Nugraha Putra, Direktur Utama PLN IP mengungkapkan melalui perusahaan patungan antara PLN Indonesia Power Renewables dengan Trina Solar Co. Ltd dan PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa yaitu PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia (TMAI) telah siap memproduksi modul panel surya terintegrasi dengan teknologi mutakhir yaitu teknologi Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon). Dengan teknologi yang belum pernah diterapkan di industri solar panel dalam negeri tersebut, efisiensi panel surya mencapai 23,2%. “Pabrik ini dikembangkan bersama dengan perusahaan tier-1 industri solar panel dunia dan diharapkan mampu memenuhi permintaan pengembangan energi terbarukan di Indonesia. 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝘆 𝗣𝗧 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗮 PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia launched a soft opening event in Kendal Industrial Park. This factory is joint venture between Trina Solar Co Ltd, PT Dian Swaistika Sentosa Tbk (Sinarmas Group), PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewable, and PT Agra Surya Energy. In the future, PT TMAI's production capacity will reach 1 gigawatt peak per year. The product that will be produced is photovoltaic (Photovoltaic Solar Panel) with the latest n-type i-TOPCon Advanced technology. This i-TOPCon Advanced technology is a new generation that can produce potential production efficiency of 26% with solar panel power produced reaching up to 700 Wp per panel. Lokita Prasetya as Deputy President Director of PT TMAI said the presence of this factory is one of the efforts to support the program to increase the use of renewable energy in Indonesia by strengthening the domestic solar panel production chain. "Solar panels of 1000 megawatts are ready to operate commercially with a production capacity of 700- watt peak per panel which will make it one of the largest solar panels in the world and the most efficient for generating electricity. We are optimistic that the operation of this factory will support the Indonesian nation's joint efforts to provide clean and renewable energy sources." The soft launching is part of the first phase of development of TMAI with an investment value of more than USD 100 million and 600 workers employed. Also present on this occasion were Hartanto Wibowo as Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development of PT PLN, Sahid Junaidi as Secretary of the Directorate General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation, and Tjertja Karja Adil as Chief Administrator of the Kendal Special Economic Zone.

𝗜𝗣𝗥𝗲𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 Last week, PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables (IPRen) and PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia (TMAI) had the honor to give a public lecture at the 47th Friday Morning Forum at the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia (UI). The topic we discussed in this lecture was related to the domestic photovoltaic solar panel manufacturing industry. This lecture is expected to increase knowledge and motivate students that the energy transition in Indonesia needs to be accompanied by the spirit of using domestic products (TKDN). By using domestic products such as solar panel products from TMAI, it is hoped that there will be a multiplier effect that will benefit the Indonesian nation and encourage Indonesia's energy transition towards Net Zero Emission 2060. This public lecture was attended by undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students, lecturers and professors of Electrical Engineering, University of Indonesia and renewable energy enthusiasts. PLN and Indo Acwa Tenaga Saguling Sign Power Purchase Agreement for Saguling Floating Solar PV Project **Jakarta, Indonesia – August 13, 2024** – PT PLN (Persero) and Indo Acwa Tenaga Saguling (IATS) are pleased to announce the signing of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the Saguling Floating Solar PV Project. This landmark agreement marks a significant step forward in Indonesia's renewable energy journey. The Saguling Floating Solar PV Project, with a capacity of 60 megawatts, is a pioneering initiative in Indonesia's renewable energy sector. Indo Acwa Tenaga Saguling, a joint venture with PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables holding a 51% stake, will develop and operate the project. The remaining 49% is owned by ACWA Power, a leading developer in the renewable energy sector. The signing ceremony, held in Jakarta, was attended by key representatives, including Mr. Darmawan Prasodjo, President Director of PLN, Mr. Edwin Nugraha Putra, President Director of PLN Indonesia Power, Mr. Wiryantono Setyolaksono, President Director of PLN Indonesia Power Renewables, Mr. Salman Baray, Vice President of South & Southeast Asia ACWA Power, Mr. Meftaur Rahman, Country Director of ACWA Power Indonesia, Mr. Rudolf Aritonang, President Director of Indo ACWA Tenaga Saguling and The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Indonesia, His Excellency Faisal bin Abdullah Al-Amudi. This agreement underscores the commitment of both parties to support Indonesia's National Energy Master Plan, which targets a 23% share of renewable energy by 2025. 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘄𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆: 𝗙𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗧𝗠𝗔𝗜 To strengthen synergies and monitor the development of strategic projects, PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia (TMAI), a pioneer in the integrated tier-1 solar PV module and cell manufacturing industry in Indonesia, as a subsidiary of PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables, together with stakeholders have carried out visits field to the Solar PV manufacturing construction site in Kendal, Central Java, on June 25, 2024. This visit aims to see the construction progress and discuss plans for construction completion which is expected to be completed in the near future. Our investment in Solar PV manufacturing is a concrete manifestation of the company's commitment to supporting New Renewable Energy (EBT) and improving domestic industry. Through this project, we are trying to have a positive impact on the national Local Content Requirement (TKDN) policy implementation and create job opportunities for local communities. This visit was attended by stakeholders from the government, including the Director General of New, Renewable Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Prof. Dr. Eng. Eniya Listiani Dewi, Expert Staff of the Minister of ESDM Sripeni Inten Cahyani, along with her staff, the Coordinating Ministry Team for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves), and the Ministry of Industry (Kemenperin) Team. Meanwhile, from the PT PLN (Persero) group, PT PLN Indonesia Power was present, represented by the President Director, Edwin Nugraha Putra and the Director of Development and Commerce, Bernadus Sudarmanta, PT PLN Indonesia Power Renewables was represented by the Director of Business and Commercial, M.
