These developments are at the core of our mission to provide easier and more meaningful digital experiences for all.     XL Axiata collaborate with the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemen PPPA) launched the Sisternet program "She Inspire" at the Kerobokan Women's Prison, Bali. This program is to help female inmates overcome social and economic challenges through skills empowerment, psychological support and entrepreneurial guidance. This program aims to help assisted women face socio-economic challenges and return to society with new skills that enable them to #JadiLebihBaik The inauguration event was attended by the Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA), Bintang Puspayoga and the President Director & CEO of PT XL Axiata, Dian Siswarini. This event also included a launch session for the She Inspire program, which is specifically designed to support female inmates with basic business skills training as well as a mentoring program that will run until April 2025. On this occasion, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between XL Axiata and the Ministry of PPPA. This MoU between XL Axiata and KemenPPPA marks a joint commitment to increasing women's empowerment through technology and training. The scope of the MoU includes providing entrepreneurship training, creating educational communication materials, as well as exchanging information relevant to the mission of empowering women. Apart from that, this MoU also includes additional programs agreed by both parties to support women in Indonesia, especially those who experience social and economic obstacles. She Inspire, at the core of the Sisternet program, is a comprehensive training platform that provides participants with the opportunity to learn and develop, as well as build the skills needed to live a more productive life. This program includes various training classes ranging from business skills, education, psychological counseling, to small and medium enterprise (MSME) development. Through She Inspire, female inmates are provided with skills such as entrepreneurship, small business management and psychological counseling. Hopefully this progream will bring a lot of advantages for the beneficiaries.

This award also show our hard work and dedication of the entire XL Axiata team in building Customer Experience transformation. XL Axiata focuses on innovation and building a culture, increasing customer satisfaction, and supports the active involvement of all employees. This award was presented at the Achieving Sustainable Business Growth Through ESG & CX-EX Alignment forum held by SWA Magazine on Wednesday, 25 September 2024, and received by Yustika Artha Kumala, Head of Customer Experience Management at XL Axiata.     XL Axiata and Majelis Taklim XL Axiata (MTXL Axiata) successfully repair the building of a madrasah in remote area, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Bojonghaur in Puncakmanggis Village, Sagaranten District, has been damaged in various places for a long time. For this reason, through this assistance program, XL Axiata management and employees hope that the restored condition of the school will be able to provide convenience environment for learning. Apart from carrying out renovations, MTXL Axiata also built two new classrooms, a library room, and provided new school equipment: study tables and benches, as well as blackboards. Zakat, infaq and waqf as one of MTXL Axiata's routine programs are a means for XL Axiata employees and management to help overcome social problems in the community in the XL Axiata service area, including building a Madrasah in Sukabumi. Previously, in early September, MTXL Axiata also inaugurated the endowment for the construction of the Thoriqotul Falah Paradise Park prayer room in Ciranca Village, Cijaku District, and the construction of clean water facilities at the Al Muhajirin Prayer Room, Bojong Menteng Village, Leuwidamar District, both of which are in the Lebak Regency area, Province Banten. MTXL Axiata also provides teaching and learning activity assistance in the form of laptops to ustadz and honorary teachers in Bandung and Semarang. MTXL Axiata also participated in helping victims of the fire disaster in Manggarai, Jakarta and the earthquake in West Java, as well as participating in providing assistance for the renovation of mosques and prayer rooms, providing drinking water facilities, renovating places for reciting the Koran, as well as a number of other donation activities.     We are proud to welcome 19 fellow interns with disability, especially Teman Tuli who joined the XL Axiata Tower office and regional offices in Medan, Surabaya and Bandung. Their presence is part of our commitment, one of which is manifested in XL Axiata Baik Intern with Disabilities, to create an inclusive working environment. Starting from September 17 2024, XL Axiata employees will work with interns with disabilities who are placed in various divisions with various tasks. During the onboarding and induction session which was opened directly by the Human Capital leader, Teman Tuli attend th onboarding and induction about XL way of working, culture and K3 information. XL Axiata has also prepared an inclusive work space through all the facilities in the work environment which are of course disability-friendly, such as work spaces, meeting rooms, places of worship, canteens, toilets, as well as other facilities including digital-based systems that have been implemented in the work environment. This is implemented to support and encourage people with disabilities in undertaking internship activities at XL Axiata. This disability internship program is a commitment from management and the entire XL Axiata family to support the spirit of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) with an attitude of mutual respect, collaboration and contribution to creating an inclusive work space.     As a learning organization, XL Axiata presents the XCHANGE program for company visits and benchmarking. XL Axiata is open to sharing knowledge about programs that have been implemented as part of its commitment to developing the company and providing aspirations for future programs. So far, we had great experiences welcoming company benchmarking from various companies such as the private company Kalla Group, Bank Danamon and state-owned companies, PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia, PT. Surveyor Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, and also upcoming company in the couple of week. This company benchmarking support us to encourage synergy between institution to share valuable insights in developing business and industrial relations in the future. Benchmarking helps us see how we compare with industry leaders, identify areas where we can improve, and adopt the best practices that align with our goals. Our benchmarking efforts are ongoing, and we're always open to new opportunities. By continuing to work with others, we aim to improve our strategies and grow collectively.
