PT TDK ELECTRONICS INDONESIA continues to provide health awareness to our employees, it includes awareness of various health problems and symptoms. Being aware of a disease and its symptoms means people are more likely to take preventative actions. Health promotion addresses behavioral factors. Thus, instead of being limited in traditional ways such as posters, articles or face-to-face training, we also utilized intranet, email newsletter, and TV broadcast. Moreover, we engaged employee participants through surveys, quizzes, games, etc.  Here is the recap of quiz winners in Q1 T129 with health topics as follows: dyslipidemia, hypertension, and physical activity.

From the point of view of the individual employee, there are three main aims of training: Improve the individual's level of awareness. Increase an individual's skill in one or more areas of expertise. Increase an individual's motivation to perform their job well. To support this, we provide internal training by certified internal trainer to share their knowledge on The DMAIC model, is a roadmap for Six Sigma to improve the quality of results that company processes produce to achieve customer satisfaction. The letters DMAIC are short for: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. These five parts are filled in by following twelve steps, which guide you through the process.
